Office Space
Various offices are available for rent ranging in size; these offices can be let on a fully furnished basis if required.
Tenancy is by a one year rental agreement, but incorporating an easy in, easy out clause with one months notice, meaning businesses and organisations can join the Cobholm & Lichfield HRC and benefit from all of the services without the commitment to a long term lease.
A simple monthly charge that includes; rent, rates, utilities, a complete reception service, business advice, broadband, car parking and use of all the shared facilities helping companies to keep the costs under control.
All offices have Cat5 cabling for data and telephones, with the added benefit of wireless connectivity.

Conference and IT Facilities
Whether you are holding seminars, conferences, training sessions, discussion groups or regular team meetings you will find the flexible approach to meeting space ideal for you.
The Jack Payne Community Room, sits 20 in traditional boardroom style, however the space is flexible and our furniture is moveable so the room could be laid-out to suit your specific needs. Seating 40/50 people comfortably in theatre style format.
Equipment available includes digital projector, flip chart, white board, interactive smart board and a laptop.
The Jack Payne Room also has all round internet access through Cat5 cabling ports, with the added bonus of wireless connectivity.
All meetings are supplied with refreshments, and catering on request to suit your needs.

The staff at Cobholm and Lichfield Health and Resource Centre are there to support your needs ensuring that your event runs smoothly and to plan. They will arrange for refreshments to be available on arrival and have the room set up and ready for your individual requirements.
