To mark the very successful first year anniversary of the Community skills Swap, over forty members of the project met together at Regent Road Bowling to mark the occasion. We had a very enjoyable afternoon bowling and a buffet. Lots of new friendship were made and old acquaintances renewed.
There were five teams in all and the competition was high. Well done to Barry for getting the highest score of the day! I got the lowest....
It was so much fun that as of the 27th April we are going to make it a regular Wednesday afternoon thing! So do feel free to come along and join in, I have booked lanes one and two from 1pm until 3pm, and will be delighted to see as many people as possible, you only need to pay for your refreshments as the bowling is free.
