Living Well In The Community Fund
For Grants Of £500 - £50,000
The Living Well in the Community Fund is now inviting applications from local groups and organisations to develop and provide prevention activities for the benefit of Norfolk residents. In the context of the Living Well in the Community Fund, prevention means action to prevent or delay loss of independence, to improve quality of life and to promote social inclusion.
The total funding available is £1.564 million and this will be allocated in four rounds. These will be held in March, June and September of 2012 and February 2013.
If you are applying for funding of £500-£5,000 you will require the Community Grant application form.
If you are applying for funding of £5,000-£50,000 you will require the Main Grant application form.
