Norfolk Learning Disabilities Support Into Employment
We are a team of staff working within Norfolk County Council who support people with learning disabilities to find employment within their local community. The service we provide presents employers with potential employees who want to work and have carefully defined their ideal working environment. We do not seek to find people for jobs, we seek jobs for people. We provide this service by providing initial and ongoing support to the employer and employee until such time the job is performed to the employer’s high standard.
