HELPING EACH OTHER AND SHARING SUCCESS
We are a support group for people with learning difficulties, families, friends and supporters who are interested in person centred planning.
We meet up to talk about our plans and help each other if we get stuck. We also have activities and guests at the meetings to help us learn more about person centred planning and getting a good life.
We are happy to give advice and information about person centred planning to anyone that needs it – drop in to a meeting or call Eleanor to find out more.

The group normally hold their meetings on Fridays, 10am – 12.30pm, bi-monthly either at the Kings Centre, Queen Ann’s Road, Great Yarmouth, NR31 0LE or at the Great Yarmouth Day Services, Suffolk Road, Great Yarmouth, NR31 0LJ
