Police SNAP survey – have your say

21 Feb 2011

Norfolk Constabulary is currently carrying out a review of Safer Neighbourhood Action Panel (SNAP) meetings in order to help improve people’s access to and influence over local policing.

Every Safer Neighbourhood Team in the county holds a regular community meeting. These meetings are an opportunity for police and our partners to listen to the issues and concerns of the community and for local people to help influence local priorities.

Your view on SNAP meetings, and any other feedback you may have, is important to us and will help further improve the police and partner community consultation process in Norfolk.

Even if you haven’t been to a police meeting before, we would like to know why – perhaps the date or location didn’t suit?

You are invited to take part in a short online survey to tell us your thoughts about SNAP meetings. The survey is designed to be user-friendly and will take between two and ten minutes to complete, depending on the length of your answers.

The survey is being launched today, Monday 21 February, and be available for you to access until Friday 11 March. Answers will be anonymous and will be treated in the strictest confidence

We will keep you informed of the outcome of the survey and how this will help improve the service.
