The aim of the group is to help each other return to a normal and happy life. The cost to join the group is £2.00 per session and all the money goes into running the group activities.

I spoke to John Revill the chairman of the group who told me that the group as received funding with the help of Voluntary Norfolk twice in the last 3 years. The group as a limit of 10 people at one given time due to the nature of the group with new members enlisted once a space becomes available. However i was informed that no one is ever turned away and a helpline number is available.

Old members are often coming back to chat with the other members of the group and also offer support.  The group as also enabled the community building they rent for £5.00 in week to stay in use.

Should you wish to contact the group this can be done by phoning 07592001022 or by visiting there website http://positivechangesupport.wordpress.com
